The apartment offers three spacious en-suite bedrooms, a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Guests can relax in their private pool and garden or enjoy the premium facilities of The Water Club, including beautifully maintained shared gardens and swimming pool.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including all three bedrooms, living spaces, kitchen, private pool, and private garden. They may also enjoy the residence’s shared swimming pool, communal gardens, and common areas throughout their stay.

La petite plage de Rivière Noire se situe à 300m et la célèbre plage de la Preneuse à 2,2km. Le Penthouse se situe dans le complexe très privé et haut de gamme du Waterclub. Il bénéficie d'une grande piscine commune, chaises longues, espace lounge et barbecue. L'ensemble de ces équipements sont situés juste à côté de la rivière qui ouvre sur la mer.

Les commerces et supermarchés sont à 2km. Il y a aussi beaucoup de petits restaurants à proximité.

La résidence est entièrement sécurisé et privative.

Depuis le logement il sera très facile d'aller découvrir l'ensemble de la côte Ouest allant de Flic en Flac à la Gaulette. En partant au sud vous allez découvrir le sud sauvage (Le Morne 25 min) ou encore le plateau central et Chamarel (30 min). Port Louis est à environ 45 min de voiture, le nord (Grand Baie) à 1h. Pour un trajet vers l'aéroport il faut compter environ 1h. Le parking sur place est garantie avec 2 places réservées.
