    Très mauvaise gestion, accueil pourri, je déconseille fortement. J’habite à 5 min et j’ai pris ce logement pour mes invités. Je regrette de dire que cela ne vaut pas le prix et que ces gens sont des escrocs.

    Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour. Nous sommes sincèrement surpris de lire ce commentaire, car aucun problème ni mécontentement ne nous a été signalé pendant toute la durée du séjour. Nous n’avons donc malheureusement pas eu l’occasion de comprendre vos attentes ni de vous proposer une solution, comme nous le faisons habituellement lorsqu’un voyageur nous contacte. Nous sommes également désolés de lire le terme « escrocs », qui ne reflète en rien notre manière de travailler ni les services proposés par notre équipe. Nous restons toujours disponibles et à l’écoute de nos voyageurs pendant leur séjour et aurions bien entendu été disposés à intervenir si une difficulté nous avait été signalée.
